Do you design custom invitations?
Absolutely. There is an additional design fee to cover custom work. Custom design work also requires additional time, please contact us at 303.931.0606 or info@crybabyink.com to discuss your vision.
I've designed my own invitations, can you print them? Will I receive a discount?
Occasionally it is possible to print ready made art. Art work needs to be "print ready" and in a high resolution format. Please contact us to discuss if this option can work for you. Unfortunately, discounts are not given for pre-designed art.
How long will it take before I receive my order?
Most orders can be received within 3-4 weeks. Custom work will be received within 3 weeks from the final design being approved by the client.
What if I find a typo in my order?
Digital proofs will be sent to the client for final approval. 2 rounds of changes are included in the price, any changes beyond that will incur a $25 change fee. This is why it is important for the client to submit the correct wording and spelling the first time. Any typos or other mistakes found after the final digital proof has been approved by the client or after printing will require a reprint, the costs for the first printing and the reprint are the responsibility of the client. Any mistake on behalf of CryBaby Ink will be corrected at no charge.
How many invitations should I order?
A rule of thumb is 1 invitation set per couple PLUS 15%. Do not forget to address an invitation and mail it to yourself. You will want to make sure to order more invitations than you think you need. There is always that long lost cousin of your mothers that you'll want to send an invitation to at the last minute.
Are envelopes included in my order?
Yes, white outer envelopes and rsvp envelopes are included in your order. Colored envelopes are an additional charge. Inner envelopes are also an additional charge.
Do you customize colors?
Yes! For custom colors, you will need to submit a Pantone number. Keep in mind that slight variations in color, especially in letterpress printing are normal and should be expected.
Do you offer hand calligraphy?
Yes. We work with master calligraphers and will gladly get a quote for your project.
Do you offer digital calligraphy?
Yes. The charge is .75 usd per printed piece. Special requests can often be accommodated, additional charges may apply.
Can you rush my order?
Occasionally this is possible. Please contact us for details and we can discuss your options.
Can you ship overnight?
Yes. There is a $25 rush charge in addition to the shipping cost.
When should I mail out my invitations?
6 to 8 weeks prior to your event date. If you're having a destination event, 8 weeks is still acceptable assuming a Save the Date was previously mailed.
When should I order my invitations?
4-6 months prior to your event. You will need time for proof approvals, printing, shipping, addressing & stuffing.
What should I put as my RSVP date?
4 weeks prior to your event.
What is your cancellation policy?
The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable. Balance is due upon printing, prior to shipping. |
